Besides it being my name, I chose Holly because it is an excellent protective herb, often holly water is sprinkled on newborn babies to protect them. The element of Holly is fire and so is Sagittarius which is currently the astrological season we are in. Holly is also a masculine plant and its female corresponding plant is Ivy, which is why I chose the scent “Holly and Ivy”
I carefully curated this candle topped with strawberry quartz and green aventurine as well as ground holly leaves foraged by myself. This is an excellent protection candle to use in your winter solstice rituals and all season long!
